Bear Scharbarth

My father was a plumbing contractor and built a very well established company. Throughout the years he acquired SFR's, duplex's, and commercial properties that gives him a retired life and a substantial passive income. Through the years we have talked about creating a company and acquiring more properties. So back in March of 2014 we created Coast to Desert Properties, in southern California. I have been learning as much as I possibly can in order to make this company grow and to invest wisely. We have done several flips now and are looking into some new development projects now. The ultimate goal is buy and hold or wouldn't mind being the bank either. Owner financing or hard money lending. Although the company is fairly new, we hit the ground running and we don't plan on looking back.
