Becca Wilson

I'm a newbie investor. I've lived in Los Angeles for 35 years, and Northeast LA has been my home for the last 15. I'm an underemployed freelance writer and editor, and I'm looking for new ways to supplement my income. I and an old friend are joining forces to do some small-scale fixing and flipping. I have experience coordinating rehab on three of my own properties. My friend is a licensed real estate agent. We have some cash for our first project. There appear to be many wise, creative folks on this site, with loads of practical advice direct from the trenches. I look forward to learning as much as I can before -- and while -- I plunge in.
