I am a Business Loan Officer with Bank of Utah and I personally have a secret addiction to real estate investing - any small multi-family properties. I have my own portfolio of long-term hold properties and I am always looking to buy more if the property fits my model. As a Lender, my niche projects are between $500,000 and $30,000,000 if the project cash flows or is projected to cash flow and the guarantors have outside cash flow. I am authorized to lend on any form of commercial real estate (apartments, retail, offices, warehouses or even special use properties such as storage units, trailer parks, etc) but also for any other type of business loan (equipment, accounts receivable, inventory, business acquisition, etc.). I especially love complex or unusual loan requests. I love the challenge of inventing an outside of the box option that works for both parties involved.
