I am new in real state. When I moved from my first home, I wanted to sell it, but I did not get a good offer. I decided to rent it even if I had heard horrible stories about Tenants, instead of letting it stand empty accumulating dust. My first Tenants lasted 10 months. I wanted to evict them much earlier when I realized what kind of people I was dealing with. I learned a lot from first tenancy, and I am a little tougher this time.
