I aim to invest in at least 1-2 BRRRs per year, and scale that up! I just moved to northern MA and am still analyzing and figuring out what type of properties can help me achieve my goals (see goals) in this hot market. I am a manager of engineering staff for a think tank advising the govt on major system development and acquisition programs. I gained experience with real estate as I bought homes and moved around the country while on active duty in the air force. With an undergrad in mechanical engineering and masters in entrepreneurship as well as industrial and systems engineering, I have just enough knowledge to make me dangerous (and annoying to contractors :)).
