West Texan learning the business & doing deals. Interested in Midland/Odessa, Lubbock, and Big Spring. Experience: We have 29 doors in LTR and converted five of our units to MTR. All are in West Texas. Midland, Odessa, Big Spring, & Lubbock. Recently added a STR in the Arlington, TX entertainment district. Hoping to continue to expand this part of the business. I am also fixing and flipping properties in West Texas. In addition, I build spec homes in West Texas as well. We've built and sold seven. Four more are under construction. We are trying to scale the construction, but have hit some road blocks along the way. We've recently begun fixing and flipping in Western WA. We are hoping to scale the business in the Pacific NW too. Real Estate Goals: My wife and I would like to create horizontal streams of income that can replace our own monthly salaries and provide for us into retirement and beyond. Currently Seeking: More LTR prospects with multiple doors. Looking for cash flow properties that have the potential for appreciation upside. And of course, we are looking for our next fix and flip opportunities both in Western WA as well as West Texas.
