I'm a California native and looking to start investing out-of-state. I went to Chicago to learn about BRRRR'ing multi-family properties this year and while out there, learned about Bigger Pockets through other students. Currently exploring the Chicago multi-family market and looking to connect up with other investors and team members. I am also exploring Alabama (Birmingham, Montgomery, Tuscaloosa and Huntsville) as work has brought me here (for a month) and I want to see what the market is like!
