While growing up, I was fortunate enough to have an entrepreneur as a father and watch him create a few businesses. While working for my father Tim and his partner Jim at Secure Fire and Safety, I was able to watch the business take off. The culture that they have created is a desirable one. The people there work hard but manage to enjoy it along the way. You do not see that in many businesses today. I have found that I want to follow in my father’s footsteps and become an entrepreneur. My father has been a great mentor in business and has taught me to surround myself with great people, not be afraid to make mistakes and never doubt my ability. I know my decision to attend University of Wisconsin-Stout and major in Business Administration with an emphasis on Entrepreneurship was a great first step for me. After a year of saving up, living with my parents at home I bought my first investment property in Wauwatosa Wisconsin in April of 2019. I live in the upper unit while renting out the lower unit. I am now working on saving up for my next property! Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking to network with people! I truly love meeting new people and have learned that many things are possible and can come together if you have the right support group, mentors, and general network of like-minded individuals.
