I bought my first rental unit in College that I rented out to friends to live rent free. I graduated from Creighton in 09' tried law school out in Boston, and then made my way back to Omaha in 2012. Since then I have been a full time real estate investor. The majority of my portfolio is in midtown Omaha. Experience: I started investing in real estate full time in July of 2012. I have continually added to my residential portfolio in Midtown Omaha, and currently have over 350 rental units, including single family homes, commercial, and apartment complexes. I am mostly a buy and hold investor, buying undervalued units, upgrading them and bumping rents to create value. I have also started buying commercial property, along with new construction.
