About myself
I've been a self-employed software engineer for the last 14-years and have had 1 rental property for nearly as long. That property has done very well. In 2017, I purchased two SFR homes and am operating those as AirBnBs. AirBnB has worked out very well for me. It was a lot of work to set up, but the extra income is helping rehab and paydown the properties. In 2018, I purchased a foreclosed duplex, renovated that and have it as a long-term rental.
