About myself
I am currently a classic "newbie" to the real estate investing industry. I am a homeowner in Raleigh, NC and that right now is the extent of my experience. My wife and have done several home improvement projects including a deck, a finished basement, and a remodeled bathroom. We are interested in choosing a "fixer upper" for our first investment property.
