Benjamin McBride

U.S. expat living in Brazil and working toward my first rental property. I’m focused on single-family and small multifamily homes in the Midwest — properties that make solid cash flow and don’t need a ton of work. My plan is to start small, learn as I go, and grow a steady portfolio using financing that makes sense for an expat investor. I’m always learning, saving, and looking to connect with people who’ve walked this path before.
