In 2006, I began my career in the mobile home industry. At the time, I thought that selling mobile homes would simply be a stepping stone to a greater opportunity. I later discovered that selling mobile homes was the "greater opportunity." In 2008, I founded The Franklin Modular Group (a company that specialized in listing & flipping mobile homes located in land-leased communities). Over the next decade, The Franklin Modular Group grew into one of the most successful mobile home companies in the nation. Our company has since evolved into a Franchise Business called Founding Fathers Affordable Housing LLC which teaches other professionals how to duplicate our business model in their local market.
