Hi my name is Benjamin and I'm a real estate investor and entrepreneur from Munich in Germany. My personal 2-BR apartment in Munich is probably the best investment/purchase I ever made through a 100% financing. Since it increased more than 100% in value since 2015 when I bought it. This realization to be able to create value/ personal wealth "out of thin air" by just owning the right property in the right market is just crazy...Because how else could I have made more than 500k€ in this relatively short-time, especially when combining with smart tax strategies (e.g. rules for selling primary residency etc.) It unlocked a different view on getting ahead financially and I was hooked. So now I explore different strategies and options, while my investments span different property types and countries. My current portfolio (in part as co-investor) includes co-living in Germany (Nuremberg), rentals in Austria (Kufstein), STR in Estonia (Tallinn) and Indonesia (Bali). Finally due to family reasons I now plan to shift my focus to Portugal and pursue interesting opportunities and projects there. Always happy to connect and exchange ideas :-)
