Ben Kagel

I first became an accidental landlord before setting my sights on real estate investing. In April 2020, I purchased a 3/2.5 condo in San Diego and spent most of the early pandemic period sprucing it up for myself. However, in June 2022, I relocated for a new job opportunity, and rented out my condo. In my day job, I am a practicing attorney as corporate counsel for a big tech company. Prior to that, I was a former litigator for an AmLaw 25 law firm for 5 years. While I do not practice law in the real estate field, I’ve acquired useful legal skills along the way that will (hopefully) aid in my real estate ventures.
