About myself
Investor, Developer, Real Estate Agent I invest in single family homes, then rent, fix & flip or RTO with compassionate financing. Buying rentals is what got me started in real estate back in 2013. I am also involved in commercial development in the build-to-suit Single Tenant Net Lease arena. My main job with this firm is working to raise capital for development projects and working on securing new relationships with "credit tenants" to develop for. On top of all that, I am a licensed real estate agent (REALTOR®) serving clients with residential, land and commercial in Jones County, MS. I love sales & marketing. Check my property walkthroughs out on Youtube. Just search "Ben Lilley" and look for the one that looks like me. Licensed in Mississippi since 2015 (Southern Property Group LLC 6013365612) - My cell is 601-699-2412 < Cell preferred. Youtube Channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8kzumez6G1cmdCMx1jBkAQ
