Ben Nelson

I have been a real estate investor for 14 years now. I had 43 units by 23 years old but lost everything in the 2008 downturn. I have spent the last 7 years rebuilding my credit and holdings and currently own/manage 125 units with my parents. I have been interested in real estate since high school and started reading books on investing and got hooked! I have been a licensed agent since 2004 and love real estate. Originally I was a buy-and-hold investor but flipped homes in order to rebuild my capital to start purchasing small multifamilies to hold again. I am always interested in learning new creative ways that people are using to reach their investment goals.
