About myself
New to real estate investing; however, I am learning new things every day. My first investment is a duplex. I currently live in one side and rent out the other. I am currently a commercial credit analyst. In my role I underwrite many real estate loans. I have found this beneficial when looking to expand my current RE portfolio. I am currently looking to buy a multi unit with the goal of cash flow. I am on the journey to build a stable and reliable stream of passive income. Current goal is to cash flow $2,500 per month by the end of 2023.
