I'm a newbie in the real estate world. I am inspired by all the stories I read on BiggerPockets. I want to get my first deal done, so I can move on to the bigger better deals that will follow. I am focusing on small multi-family units to start, most likely in my home state of Texas. Once I have some experience, I may branch out to other regions/states.
