I own a contracting/cleaning company in NY. We help landlords/home owners with remodels, turnovers, handyman stuff, cleaning services, etc. I run into a lot of burnt out landlords, can easily strike up a deal. My buddy used to be an asset manager for a hedge fund and I would usually just assign the properties to him. Anyways I’m looking to expand to Florida to be closer to my parents because they are getting older and need a little more help with shit. If you’re a landlord or investor in PSL, Jupiter, West Palm, I’d love to chat and see if I can help. Message me or text me: 3159440484
