I have a so called well paying job as a UPS driver and I'm the father of a beautiful 12 yr old girl. I intend to start wholesaling properties in the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. While finding these discounted properties I plan to cherry pick and build my own portfolio. My goal is retiring from my current full time job at the age of 40, going into real estate full time and having an income of at least 5-10k monthly from rentals by 45.
