Experience so far: a few live-in rehabs and one flip. I love educating myself on multifamily investing and want to do my first deal soon. I am looking for a partner who is interested in investing in the Kenosha, WI area. My goal is to syndicate a multifamily deal there. I would like to accomplish this with an experienced partner. I will need to build a local team in Wisconsin which includes a CPA, an attorney, and a commercial broker.I do not intend on managing any properties myself, but I want to learn as much as possible about the MF business. One way I plan on doing that is to work closely with the property manager. Here is the ideal property I'm looking for: C/C+ class property, 10-30 units, 2's and 1's, 85%+ economic occupancy, Value add opportunity through cost reduction, improving management efficiency, and renovations. My background is in Data Analysis. I am proficient with excel and SQL, and I am fluent in Spanish. How can I help you achieve your goals?
