hi i am a as they say a newbie. very interested in becoming an investor, l have been interested in real estate for such a long time!!! I work in the car maintenance industry and have been most of my life! Talk about under appreciated!! I am 45 and have a 2 year old boy Brett who i love more then anything!! I want a better life for us! I want to have the ability to spend more time with him.I want to own " my short term goal is 5 " multi family's. Its time to rise above fear and excuses and make my dream a reality!!
