I am an Electrical Engineer and have worked in the RF electronics market for 27 years. My wife and I have acquired 24 single family rental homes in High Point, Kernersville and Greensboro NC since 2007. We acquire distressed properties, rehab and rent. Our typical home is a 3 or 4 Bedroom with an average rent of $1,300. We are a buy and hold investor with a focus on long term tenants. We actively manage all of our properties. Since home prices have skyrocketed, we have purchased three MH parks in VA. We have acquired 73 MH lots in two years.
