Just getting started in real estate investing. Plan to pursue BRRRR strategy within the metro-Detroit area through single and multi-family homes. Working on obtaining a salesperson real estate license in the state of Michigan. Looking for networking (guidance, mentoring, and/or business relationship) opportunities and eventually private funding to assist with equity position and grow a portfolio.
