I'm a professional marketer in the Denver area and have happily found myself back in the travel industry! After 6 years, beginning my career in Travel & Tourism, I left to pursue my passion for marketing. I now find myself back in travel but in the vacation rental industry as the Market Development Manager for Evolve Vacation Rental Network. This means I'm embracing two new industries - vacation rental and real estate. It's an exciting time to be in this business. Experience: My husband and I became homeowners just 3 years ago. We're already talking about how to make other home purchases as investments. Other than that, in the vacation rental world, vacation homes made up 21% of all home sales in 2015 so there's a big piece of pie for real estate pros in this market. Real Estate Goals: Own several properties in the Denver area for long-term rentals as well as own a vacation home for my family that generates additional income. Currently Seeking: REALTOR partners who understand the value of short-term vacation rentals and who use Evolve's services to educate their clients on the investment opportunity of purchasing a vacation rental and who use our tools to help them sell vacation homes to interested buyers.
