Looking for a mentor in the Seattle/Washington area. I have saved enough to purchase my first buy and hold property (preferably a single family) in Oct 2021 once my current lease is up. My strengths are: frugality in order to save and invest, able to take risks based on viable information, single, no dependents and nothing to loose only gain.
