I love finding creative solutions to make a real estate deal work. Unless the seller is completely uncooperative, I try my best to create a winning solution for all parties involved. Experience: The bulk of my experience lies in wholesaling, which I have been doing since 2007. All of my buyers will tell you that I go out of my way to make sure the deal works for them because in the end- they are the ones buying the property. I specialize in working with properties in probate and although I don't focus on working with elderly folks, I tend to work really well with them. I also have experience rehabbing properties to sell retail, using private funds. Real Estate Goals: I would like to increase the number of rehabs I do for the upcoming year and eventually begin holding rental properties in family friendly/oriented neighborhoods. Currently, it's on a case by case basis- based on whether the funds are available and whether or not I like the area. My goal at the moment (9/2014) is to share what I've done and educate those who aren't familiar with the various ways to create income through real estate.
