Hello, thank you for reading my profile. I’m still learning how to get to completed 9 investments per year...eventually replace my day paycheck and work towards managing rental portfolio. I started with first SFH rental in 2016 and second in 2018. Looking to scale. I’m looking to invest in SFH and multi family *-lex (du, tri, quad and so on). I’m open to out of state investing - is anyone looking for another partner for their group.
