Ben Garrison

I'm a former college football player who got into the industry through an athletic department connection at the commercial brokerage Marcus & Millichap. I graduated in 2001 and jumped headfirst into the industry. Since then, I've been a licensed broker in 4 different states, doing commercial and residential deals. I've also worked as a project manager in Northern California developing multi-million dollar communities for America's Luxury Builder, Toll Brothers. I've settled into Chattanooga, TN which is awash with investment opportunities, at least relative to what my friends in California and Florida markets tell me. Overall I'm looking to connect with other folks in the Chattanooga area, and also those on the outside looking at Chattanooga as a potential investment location.
