I've done a few single family house flips over the years. But my current focus is on multifamily (10+ units). In March 2017 I purchased my first larger multifamily property, a 12 unit located in Indianapolis IN. This was also my first out of state investment, so I learned a lot about managing remote assets, working with property managers and vendors. After looking at and evaluating hundreds of properties, I acquired a 33 unit property in January 2019. This is also located in Indianapolis.
