Bill Krenz

I grew up and a small dairy farm in Wisconsin in 2008 I packed a suit case and bought a one way ticket and came to Alaska. Tracy moved up from Colorado in 2012. After getting married in 2016 we started look into buying investment proprieties. We bought our first duplex in march. We like to travel and explore the great state of Alaska when we have free time. I also like photography and learning all about that. We invest in small multi-family and would like to start getting into bigger multi-family units.
