I sold real estate for five years. I began investing in real estate in 2010 and started a LLC. Since then I have acquired 4 properties and 5 rental units, which are all occupied and profitable. The last two properties I bought, I renovated. I manage all my properties. My goal is to acquire a small apartment complex as my next investment.
