I use my retirement money to invest in real estate. Currently hold two performing mortgages and some cash. Have done some flips and some buy & holds over time. Currently looking for my next deal, could be a buy & hold or a flip. Might need some additional cash to make the next deal happen, unless one of the mortgages I hold pays off early. Also interested in doing some deals with some non-retirement cash as well.
