July 2019-Syndicated 82 unit apartment complex in Lexington, KY with my wife and 2 others that will provide double digit returns for investors within 3 yrs. $2.67MM. Valued at $3.4 MM upon stabilization. Used 1031 exchange to close on a single tenant Office complex in Sheboygan, WI Sept 2019. International Corporate Accounting Firm signed an 8yr NNN lease with 2% rent bumps each year, 10 CAP at acquisition. $1.45MM Raised and funded over $3MM in short term bridge lending and equity requests in last 12 months Worked as mortgage originator at Churchill Mortgage from 2009-2014, left to create app for real estate investors called Bird Dog Buddy. In 2016, after split with business partner on the app, rejoined mortgage lending focusing on investors. In Oct 2017, joined ACS to focus on commercial lending. Was assigned title of VP of Business Development in December 2017. Started Investors Capital Group November 2019.
