Hi Everyone. I just joined BP and am enjoying the conversations and wisdom shared on this remarkable forums. I am a novice and am looking for my first real estate investment. Hopefully, I can find something closer to home in Cupertino... always start with somewhere you know best !! I love math and analytics, and work as a scientist for my regular job. So I can be too calculating and conservative in choosing the right investment. Your experience and guidance are greatly appreciated.
