I work full time in advisory professional services. My strength are analytical skills and execution capabilities. Experience: I started with housing hacking without knowing the term in 2010. I have since acquired two condos in downtown Chicago. But then I expanded into the north Dallas market based on my analysis of the job market there. I have since purchased two SFHs there. Real Estate Goals: Identify a niche market area to expand my rental portfolios into 10 doors this year and 100 doors in 5 years. I am a buy-and-hold long term investor. In the current market, I am looking for cash flow as a protection; but I also analyze markets for appreciation opportunities to invest when timing is ready. Currently Seeking: I am currently seeking 2-plex, 3-plex, and 4-plex in areas with positive cash flow and downside protection.
