Having done two turn-key deals in Columbia, MD, I am interested in pursuing acquiring additional rental units using the BRRRR strategy. My goal is to acquire two rental units per year so that, by the time my son goes to college, or vocational school, or joins the workforce, I can be semi-retired and give him a solid footing in the real estate investment business by selling him at least one property to house-hack while helping him build his portfolio. Outside real estate, I'm a PMP / PMI-ACP Project Management professional supporting the Department of Defense. I'm a semi-pro Texas Hold'em player and co-host of the new (as of May 2021) poker podcast "The Blind Stealing the Blinds" (available on Apple Podcast, Google Podcast, and other podcatching applications).
