My husband and I have built two homes one of which is over 5000 sq ft in total. We have done several commercial projects and rented them and later sold them. We now wish to buy condos or single family residences in Panama City Beach FL to flip, He used to own a concrete construction company and I have worked with real estate companies and as a property manager in the past but have owned my own accounting business for 25 years and been an insurance agent for 21 years and own my own agency as well. However we migrating to FL and shifting our occupations.
