About myself
I'm a filmmaker by trade (35 years) but started into real-estate investing about 12 years ago. I own properties in Utah, Arizona, Nevada, Tennessee, and Missouri. I'm working on acquiring additional properties elsewhere and also do limited private lending. I love to share experience, in exchange for helpful tips and advice from people who are smarter than me. :)
