Blake Messina

I was born and raised in Orlando, Florida, and graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. Early in college, I developed a great interest in real estate investing, and completed my first deal at the age of 20. Upon graduation, I began my career in the property management industry, which broadened my overall knowledge of real estate. I have managed many different types of single-family, multifamily, and commercial properties in Central Florida, Sarasota, and Georgia. I also have a strong background in managing repair and renovation projects, ranging from small repairs to large commercial projects. Recently, I’ve used my background in finance and property management to help investors make solid investment decisions with regards to real estate. Currently, I’m completing fix and flips in Orlando, as well as providing broker services for sellers and buyers.
