My name is Jason and I am a new investor. I know, I know, don't tell people your new because they won't want to work with you. Well, I'd rather be truthful upfront instead of you finding out later. That being said, don't think I know nothing about real estate investing. I am one of the rare people who has been getting his education via seminars, podcasts, and books for the last 10 years. Why has it taken me 10 years to take action? Simple, I didn't know my "why." I now know my "why" and I'm jumping in with 2 feet...responsibly.
