Bo Black

Hey everyone my name is Bo Black. I recently bough my rental property, which is a duplex. I have been in the real estate industry on the construction and development side for 3 years. My day job is a commercial construction estimator, working with developers daily. I am also currently working toward obtaining my real estate sales licenses. I want to grow my portfolio in the Eastern Iowa area with small multi-family or BRRRR single family. I am knowledgeable in investing, construction, and development. I would love to connect with anyone in the Cedar Rapids/ Iowa City area to gain knowledge and potentially partner.
