About myself
I am a CPA interested in real estate investing, both short and long term. Experience: Currently an investor in vacant land and a five unit multifamily. I also have some experience rehabbing residential properties, flipping one single family home and managing projects on others. Real Estate Goals: Primarily interested in rehabs and other deals that generate equity and cash flow that I can ultimately use to build my buy and hold portfolio that will support my family and I through retirement and beyond.
