I am 56 years old and I am starting out on this new business with my son who is just about to graduate from college My daughter is all about to graduate they both have student loans and I would like to purses a few properties to take care off there student loans as well as buying investment property for my self so I can get out of my job and pursue my many interests. I have owned my own restaurant for over 10 years and closed the doors 4 years ago for a number of reasons.
