My name is Bonnie Tjon, with two master's degrees I am ready to make a career change. I was involved in rehabbing and selling my friends house, after all I enjoyed being active and challenge my mind in a totally unknown area for me. I use to live and work in Minnesota, moved to CA two years ago. I planned to do real estate full time, but need to be educated in RE before quit my current position. I educate myself through youtube-videos, seminars etc. and try the MN market which I know a little bit. For me, it's not easy to do business long distance, but try anyway as self education.
