Hello! My business partner and I started buying rental properties in July of 2018. At the end of our first year we have 3 properties; 2 bought rent ready and the 3rd was a BRRR (Buy, Renovate, Rent, Refinance)... we have gotten to that 4th 'R' (Repeat)... YET!
