About myself
Experience: I currently have (8) 3 br 2 1/2 bath townhouses and 1 4 br 2 1/2 colonial rentals. Real Estate Goals: I would like to continue to purchase 2-3 single family buy and hold rentals per year. I feel like I could get ten rentals, that I could leave my full time just and just focus on rentals and possibly occasional flip Currently Seeking: I’m currently looking for houses at a good price that need renovation.
