Bo Scott

Hello. My name is Bo, I'm 37 and I'm a beginner in real estate investing with 9 doors and work currently as a union boilermaker to fuel my real estate goals. I got started in 2014 and wasted no time making most every mistake possible. I used my exit strategy to back up, punt and go back to the drawing board. After immersing myself in books, blogs, podcasts, and forums to gain more knowledge, and recuperating my financial loss, I got back in the game in 2015 with a cash deal in Peoria, IL which i found next to impossible manage myself, but stayed the course anyway. both of those first deals have ended up being extremely valuable learning opportunities for me! In 2017 I did my most recent deal with 8 more buy and hold doors in East Peoria. I decided due to the travel my work requires to assign all but 2 units with a PM, and at this point they are cash flowing nicely. Best move I ever made. If anyone in The East Peoria area is looking for a reasonably priced and honest PM please contact me. She is a true life saver and is honest to a fault. I'd love to be able to reciprocate the value she adds to my cause by helping direct more clients her way. We're both relatively new to real estate and are excited about helping each other learn and grow together. If you're a positive and ambitious person of integrity, that is passionate about real estate and the journey to financial independence, whether you're an agent, contractor, wholesaler, property manager, lender, fellow investor, or aspiring investor, I look forward connecting with you to share knowledge, contacts, resources, and experiences and I'm certain we can find some mutually beneficial avenues to advance all of our respective goals. Thank you for taking valuable time out of your day to read my profile. Get inspired and have amazing day!
