I've been looking at real estate investment off and on (more off than on) as way to achieve financial freedom for the last 20+ years, but I always fell back on the same excuses as everyone else (no money, no good deals, etc.). Bigger Pockets has shown me why those excuses aren't valid, and so I begin my journey with the confidence to succeed.
